Expectations and disappointments.

It’s always been really simple to me. When I have expectations, I may get disappointments. Also, everyone is different and whatever is important to you may mean absolutely nothing to other people. So you either drop your expectations of others or you tell them what you want. Point blank. Straight to their faces. Really, this is the only way to make your life easier. If you refuse to tell others what you want because you find it meaningless once you have to request about this particular something, then you’ll just keep getting disappointed and upset over a situation you have the ability to change. Otherwise, you can drop this expectation of yours altogether so that when it doesn’t happen, you’re not upset by it. And when it actually happens, well, that’s just a whole new surprise that will make your day/week/month.

These, though, are things people actually know but refuse to do something about. It’s like they are on a mission to make their lives a living hell. Some may say they tried but they can’t achieve it. But if it’s something you want badly enough, you will make it happen; or try all ways to ensure your success. It’s the same as trying to slim down. If you want it badly enough, you will succeed eventually.
